Grace Church exists to be a vehicle of GOD’s blessing to Lansing and to the world.  As Grace has received GOD’s blessing, so it seeks to bless the community and to develop community among our members.

As a Biblically functioning family Grace Reformed Church looks to GOD and His Word for direction.


Grace seeks to be a mission station partnering with missionaries around the world and sending its own into short term and full time missions.

In the freedom of the Spirit, Grace’s church lifts its hands to praise GOD and to receive grace and mercy from Him.  At the same time Grace Church holds out its hands to extend mercy and care to the community.

Grace Church seeks to be one part of GOD’s kingdom here on earth, and therefore seeks to reflect a picture of GOD’s people in heaven.  We desire to break down the walls of status, race, and age so as to come together to worship God as one unified body.

Grace Reformed Church seeks to be a vehicle GOD’s grace to a broken world that needs Jesus.  So whatever turn of the track a person is on, we seek to encourage and hold out the Grace that is needed for that turn.

Goals

• Prayer:  That Grace Church is more committed to prayer.  This will be evidenced by more Scheduled Concerts of Prayer, Prayer Seminars, and by greater participation in Family Night Prayer Meetings.
• Each member invite a person to church:  This will be evidenced by an increase of attendance.  We may consider a Friend Sunday or Sunday where we invite and honor Village Officials, Police Officers, School Teachers, etc.
• Greater Personal Spiritual Growth:  this will be evidenced by more people involved in Small Groups.
• Introduce a person to Christ:  We will encourage everyone to be committed to introducing some one to Jesus by sharing their testimony.
• People using their giftedness in serving in their area of gifting:  we will want to see people more focused in where they serve and turned loose to serve more in an area, rather than working in many areas of ministry.
